I’m completely sure there were no hidden charges here. The pricing was laid out clearly from the start, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.

I had to wait a few days for the refund, so it wasn't exactly quick, but it did show up fine in the end. Support wasn't bad either, can't say they didn't help when I reached out.

Bring Heeseung back! stop trying to cover yourself for all of what you've done and shifting the attention to kick out a member Heeseung deserves to be in Enhypen! Enhypen is 7!!! SevEN-  Bring back Heeseung!!!!!!!

I hopped on hybe.com just to look for one specific thing, but I ended up clicking around for a while because there was a lot more on there than I figured there’d be. It’s the kind of site where you tell yourself you’re just checking one category, and then somehow you’re three sections deep.
The selection didn’t feel like the usual handful of random items either, which was nice. I found myself noticing things I could see buying later, so I’m sure I’ll be back when I need a gift, or when I’m pretending I’m only browsing

My order showed up really late, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting their delivery estimate. I was expecting it to be at least somewhat on time, but it ended up being a hassle.

I ordered from hybe.com and ended up needing to return one of the items. From my experience, the return instructions were easy enough to follow, and I didn’t run into any major problems sending it back. The refund did take a few days longer than I was hoping, but customer support got back to me when I reached out, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a decent experience and the process worked fine, I just think it could be a bit faster.

I thought the shipping was going to be a lot higher, but it ended up being fair. I asked support about it before checking out and they basically said, “what you see at checkout is the actual total,” which was nice to hear. And yep, no random extra fees popped up. The order arrived without any issues, and overall the total felt totally reasonable. Easy 5 stars from me.

hybe only cares about money. It overworks Idols and mistreats them. It didn't even give a clear information or farewell about Heesung's departure and did the same to Danielle former member of New jeans. It.doesn't let the Enhypen members talk about Heesung or His departure and Doesn't let Heesung talk about his departure or Enhypen either. It also ignores fan's demands.

I’ve had a good experience with hybe.com so far. I usually check it when I’m keeping up with stuff my friends and I talk about, and it’s been easy enough to use. The site works fine, and I can usually find the info I need without much hassle. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it.

It was okay overall, but it gave off a cheap feel. Nothing was terrible or unusable, but the quality just didn’t really impress me. It’s fine if you’re not expecting much, but I wouldn’t call it amazing...

I ordered from hybe.com and was actually pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. My items arrived in good condition and were packed really well. The only downside was having to pay customs/duties when the package arrived, which I sort of expected, but it was still a bit annoying. Overall, it was a good experience, I’d just recommend checking possible extra fees before ordering.

Tried Hybe on my phone and it was smooth. Pages loaded quick. Checkout worked without any weird issues. Found what I needed without having to zoom in a bunch. Simple, easy mobile experience.

I had a problem with my order and expected it to turn into a whole headache, but it didn’t. Support replied quickly and got everything fixed faster than I thought they would. The extra worrying on my part was definitely unnecessary. Happy with how it turned out, no complaints from me.

I’m giving 2 stars because the order did show up, so there’s that, but it wasn’t fully what I picked. One item was just different from what I selected, and then another one had the wrong size — which, is frustrating when you’ve already waited for it to arrive. Shipping was fine, no big issue there, but now I have to deal with fixing the mistakes. Customer support did respond, just not very quickly.

I was skeptical at first and made sure not to share anything I wasn’t comfortable with, just in case. But my prize arrived today, and it was actually real. Pleasantly surprised.

Support did get back to me and they fixed the issue eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. I just expected the replies to come a bit faster, especially while I was waiting for updates. It worked out in the end, but it just felt...
